We are Gamebok, a proudly South African independent game studio based in Cape Town.

We love retro games and want to create games that are truly nostalgic and that touch people. We are on a mission to spread joy and silliness with our unique games!

We hope that our games will positively impact the lives of our players and we strive to make games that push the boundaries of creativity and fun.

At Gamebok we dream big and we dream together. We’re a chilled company with a flexible and chilled environment. We believe that what we put into a game is what our players will experience, so we all ensure the culture and environment is creatively fun!
